Phil Marks

Percussionist and improviser extraordinaire. Has performed with many of the UKs top players, Derek Bailey, Evan Parker, John Butcher, Phil Wachsman, Marcio Mattos, Alan Tomlinson, Pat Thomas, Phil Durrant, John Edwards, David Tucker and more.

Has been an active member of the Grew Trio/Qt and Bark. Has toured and made numerous recordings on various labels and is active in the North West Improvisation scene.

Ray Dickaty

Ray has been a member of many bands including Gallon Drunk, Moonshake, Spiritualized and is currently in Ninja Tune band Loka as well as his own free jazz group the Solar Fire Trio.... amongst others.

He has toured the world extensively in support of such artists as Neil Young and Radiohead. Appeared on TV and Radio in the USA and Europe such as Jools Holland, Top of the Pops and Jay Leno. He has made many records and played with such artists as Dr John, Stereolab, Cornershop, Lush, Durutti Column, Six by Seven, Thighpaulsandra, Tim Keegans Departure Lounge, Damo Suzuki, Pinkie Maclure, Dream City Film Club, Collapsed Lung, The Duke Spirit, John Moore, Slipstream, Michael J. Sheehey, Amp and such improvisers as Derek Bailey, Evan Parker, Lol Coxhill and many more.
