Lost Voices

Thursday 4th February

Lost Voices returns for 2010 with a special night featuring a great visiting musician…

Frédéric Paul Lallet is a fabulous jazz pianist and composer with a personal style that blends Thelonius Monk abstractions and a classical virtuosity. He studied at the Marseilles Conservatoire and then in Los Angeles. He has written and recorded with the likes of Eddie Gomez (renowned bass player with Bill Evans) and over the years has performed around the world.

“Frédéric Paul amazes us with his mastery, his touch and his virtuosity…”          Jazz Convergences

This is a great chance to see and hear a very special musician on a rare visit to the UK.

For Lost Voices, Frédéric will be playing solo and with the exceptional Romanian bass player, Michael Cretu.
